  I used to like the place and trust the people until I witnessed some things that were not right and complained..my concern was meaningless to them! Nothing was done and I ended up pulling my kid out and giving up my JOB to stay at home with my kids. I don't trust any daycare anymore because I thought I can trust KinderCare and was really disappointed! If you are wondering what I saw, I'll tell you. and if you are a loving parent, you would NOT put your kid through this! My kid was in the 2-year old class with a newer teacher (which still works there btw). I found him once on the toilet covered with poop. the teacher DID NOT know where he was when i asked her. he was just starting to potty train and was crying on the toilet -since that incident he DOES NOT want to go near the potty. who knows what else happened that I don't know about! One day one of the kids was sleeping face down on the floor. I asked her what is up with that and she said "he has fever" but left him there for more than 40 minutes! the kid's parents don't know about it of course. Most times I would find the teacher laughing loudly with one of the other teachers while on the job. the kids of course were running around doing whatever they feel like. I complained with all the details and NOTHING was done. she is still there, the other parents don't know anything and I am without a job or trust for any daycare. I WILL give credit to some of the teachers there! -they are great but does it matter? These are just a few things i remember right now, it's been a few months since my kid left and what a change! -no more tantrums, almost fully potty trained, Doesn't bite his nails to a point where he is in great pain, healthier, eats better, communicates better, HAPPIER!, etc. YOUR kid can tell you a lot even if they don't talk yet! if they are troubled, look for the signs! I will NEVER recommend this place!
