  I used to came here in 2003 and was great. I came back today to get cash out and one teller and 8 people in line. Not to mention rude and takes forever. She had to restart her system took another 5 minute. The big guy looks like a manager just standing around. Another guy in the back playing with his phone. 20 minutes total time to get money out. Not business friendly. I don't have time to spend 20 minutes in here. And no Business Section like most BOA locations.

  Extremely worst customer service, I had a BoA moneynetwork card and dint know the balance in my card but I wanted to withdraw the entire amount, they claimed that they will help me to withdraw the cask only if I would know the leftover amount in my card. Then what the heck are you guys doing there? Rather they can close this branch and do some other work.
